How it works ?

PHMG is a guest loyalty program for customers of Prime Hospitality Management Group properties.

The more you spend, the more points you get in return. 

    1. Sign Up and start earning points on your stay at PHMG.
    2. Earn 1 point on your PHMG loyalty card for every EGP 1 spent at our properties. 
    3. Get Rewards and redeem your earned points at PHMG facilities .

There are two ways to go about it .One is to redeem your points for purchases at PHMG facilities. Converting each 10 points for 1 Egyptian pound or enjoy the benefits of our memberships.Grades which are 3 levels of memberships. Silver , Gold and platinum membership depending on the points earned!once you pass the silver membership threshold will be contacted by our guest relation specialist to get the membership card.

Rules & Regulations:

      • Enjoy staying at any of Prime Properties brands
      • Spend a certain amount of money (stays) at Prime Properties
      • Transfer points to other members to be redeemed at prime Properties
      • Enjoy our numerous benefits while staying at Prime Properties.
      • Points redemption or benefits apply from the next stay and not on the concurrent stay.

Our Loyal Member gets to

      • The membership level depends on the members’ total money spent at Prime Properties
      • Members receive 1 points per qualifying night (EGP1)

The following benefits are provided to members during their stay:

Loyalty Program Member with no points. Points will be added the first qualifying day at Prime

    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 2 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in

Guest spent 15000 Egp or more ( equivalent to 15,000 points ) at Prime properties in 1 calendar year.

Benefits:

    • Obtaining a loyalty card and becoming a member of our community
    • Member recognition at front desk
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 4 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in
    • Fresh fruit basket in-room upon check-in
    • Free Mifi Device
    • Free housekeeping service (once per week)
    • 10% discount on laundry service
    • 10% discount on Food and Beverages

Guest spent 25000 Egp or more ( equivalent to 25,000 points ) at Prime properties in 1 calendar year .

Benefits:

    • Member recognition at front desk
    • Priority Check-in
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 4 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in
    • Fresh fruit basket in-room upon check-in
    • Rent Free Mifi Device + 1 free charge  (8 GB)
    • Free housekeeping service (twice per week)
    • 10% discount on laundry service
    • 15% discount on Food and Beverages

Guest spent 50,000 Egp or more ( equivalent to 50,000 points )  at Prime properties in 1 calendar year . 

Benefits:

    • Member recognition at front desk
    • Priority Check-in
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 6 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in 
    • Guest welcome gift (towel, T-shirt…) 
    • Dedicated concierge service 
    • 15% discount on laundry service
    • 15% discount on Rooftop food and beverage service
    • A Free second night on a minimum of 2 nights stay (Excluding weekends)
    • 10% discount in North Coast properties
    • Upgrade to next accommodation category upon availability (maximum 3 nights stay) 

Loyalty Membership Conditions:

    • This is a personal card and can only be used by PHMG Loyal member
    • Memberships are to be used only by individual guests and not corporate accounts
    • Membership applies to short stays only (Less than 3 months)
    • Redemption to be applied on next stay’s invoice
    • Points can be redeemed at all Prime brands
    • Member can transfer their points to another member
